INNTEA designs and manufactures custom electrical switchboards for the safe distribution, protection and management of energy. Solutions include medium- and low-voltage switchboards, main LV switchboards, Power Centers, MCCs and distribution systems for industrial plants, energy infrastructure and complex applications.

Each switchboard is developed from the customer’s technical specifications, considering power, short-circuit current, selectivity, service continuity, environmental conditions and available space. We use components from leading manufacturers and flexible architectures suited to photovoltaics, BESS, water treatment, hydropower, e-mobility, Data Centers and industry.

We manage electrical and mechanical design, construction, wiring, testing and documentation in-house. Functional checks and final tests ensure quality, reliability and compliance with applicable standards. Upon request, we support the customer during installation, commissioning and maintenance.

Thanks to modular configurations, each system can be prepared for future expansion, digital monitoring and connection to the plant’s supervisory systems. This approach simplifies installation and enables the switchboard to adapt as production and energy requirements evolve.

Yes. Every INNTEA electrical switchboard is developed to the plant's specifications, considering power, rated current, short-circuit withstand, protection rating, available space and environmental conditions. Configuration, enclosure, components, cable entries and provisions can be adapted to deliver a safe, reliable solution ready for future expansion.

To prepare an accurate proposal, useful information includes the single-line diagram, voltage, rated power or current, short-circuit current, IP rating, environmental conditions, installation method, loads, required protection and delivery date. If some details are unavailable, our team can assist with the preliminary technical definition and selection of the most suitable configuration.

Quality is verified throughout the process: electrical and mechanical design, component selection, wiring inspection, dimensional checks and functional testing. Before delivery, we complete the required tests and provide the agreed technical documentation. Upon request, the customer may attend the FAT and directly verify switchboard functions and performance.

Lead times depend on complexity, component availability, quantity and level of customization. After the technical analysis, we provide a schedule covering design, approvals, construction, testing and delivery. The offer can include installation, commissioning, training, spare parts, maintenance and support, providing a single point of contact throughout the switchboard lifecycle.
