Founder and CEO. With 25+ years in automation and renewable energy across Italy, the UK, the United States, South America, the Middle East and Australia.
Simona Pezzoli
Founder and CFO of the company. She has led INNTEA's finance and human resources functions since its foundation, steering the company's profitable growth through every economic cycle that has shaped the sector over the past 20 years.
Michele Appiani
Head of UT/R&D. For 15 years, he has led the division that researches and delivers automation and engineering solutions. An engineer, he has conceived, designed and overseen the implementation of our solutions.
Francesco Brambilla
Head of Sales. leadership team member since 2025, responsible for business development and sales. With 25+ years in the industry, he joined from Siemens to accelerate INNTEA's growth.

In February 2026, Gianpaolo Meloncelli joins the Board with responsibility for M&A. An engineer with experience at McKinsey, STM, Zurich and Generali, he founded Spark01.
April 2026
In April 2026, lawyer Matteo Almini joins the Advisory Board. Formerly with DLA Piper and Molinari, he specializes in extraordinary corporate transactions.
